Hi I’m Jess.

I’m all about common-sense counselling.

I have 25 years experience in helping people. This is across child protection, addiction, women’s services and frontline services.

I’ve had 10 years in private practice as a counsellor and therapist. I specialise in trauma and the effects on the individual and families.

My belief is that you are the expert in your own mental health and I want you to tap into your inner ‘expert’ and foster a healthier relationship with yourself so you can heal.

I’m not your average therapist, I love to use a mix of humour and kindness to deliver impactful messages that will help people improve their mental wellbeing.

I created the Fundamentals resources to give as many people as possible access to these powerful and practical life-changing tools and strategies.
